BRANCH RULES & REGULATIONS

 

THE FOLLOWING SECTION HAS BEEN ADDED AND IS OPERATIONAL WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT

 

1. Compulsory level of fundraising (3 Sports Prediction and 25 ballots) for all adult/senior members who wish to travel on Branch Trips at a subsidised rate.

    

2. Those adult/senior members who wish to opt out of fundraising may do so, but will in future pay the cost price of a branch trip both for themselves and accompanying junior members (This season that would have equated to £165 per adult and £125 per Junior)

    

3. In the event of a Branch Trip being oversubscribed, the following sequence of priority will be applied:

    

1.     Pools Agents (and accompanying junior members) who also satisfy compulsory fundraising.

 

2.     Pools agents (and accompanying junior members)

 

3.     Compulsory fundraisers(and accompanying junior members)

 

4.     Non-Fundraising Members(and accompanying junior members)

 

5.     Guests

It is envisaged that this will promote equity amongst all members and at the same time maintain affordability and sustainability for the future of the Branch.
